Trends and Patterns in S56 Requests
Both visa grants reported today involved S56 requests during processing. The TAS 190 case received an S56 requesting evidence of separation from former spouse (divorce papers), while the NSW 491 case received an S56 with unspecified content. The TAS 190 applicant confirmed that no remedicals were requested. Both cases show extended processing times of approximately 14-21 months from lodgement to grant, which is typical for non-priority occupations (Food Technologist and Chef).
