Hello everyone, just a quick question my 3 years for my employer will be completed this year november 2026 right now i have completed 28 months and my salary right now above tsmit salary but july 2026 there will be increase in tsmit salary which means my salary will be under tsmit salary. I saw many social media vidoes where agent are saying we can submit 186 visa before july even if experience is not completed to be counted in this year tsmit salary. Is that right can this be done? Any advise will be very helpful so I can talk to my employer now. And please if someone can recommend any agent.
