Just a very interesting observation: DOHA seems to be have been processing and issuing 190 grants in a largely time-based (first-come, first-serve) basis for over a month, considering our recent entries of 190 grants are pretty much all between 14 and 16 months, with just a few exceptions. Quite interesting to see, because I do not remember seeing such a prolonged pattern in the past. Correct me if I were wrong.
