If you have Bachelor degree in chemical than you pts in education will be 15 instead 10. Further claim partner pts like 5 pts for competent english and 5 pts for skill assessment of partner. You can also claim 5 extra pts of Naati by passing it.

Your education pts seem off in your profile. Bachelor has 15 pts. Due to 15 pts work exp, you have some chance of 491. Try to get 5 partner pts minimum as well.
