I believe, you need to get skill assessment from ACS for computer science or software engineering degree. The thing is for ACS general skilled assessment, you can't get positive skill assessment just based on your degree alone as you need work experience as well.
However, here's the ACS education criteria for candidates from Pakistan. - Your degree and transcript must be attested by HEC.
As mentioned before, to get a positive skill assessment you need to show provide your work experience evidence as well, and the criteria is as follows: - You need a minimum of 3 years of work experience to get a positive skill assessment. - 5 years of work experience to claim 5 points if you are going with ACS skilled deemed date because ACS will deduct first 2 years of work experience assuming that your degree is considered major IT (Bachelor’s level qualification which is equivalent to 4 years Pakistan bachelors computer science degree from reputable university.)
