He received his NSW 491 nomination (offshore) approval about a week ago. However, while lodging his visa application, he mistakenly entered incorrect information—specifically a misspelling in his name. In an attempt to fix this, he accidentally deleted his ImmiAccount and created a new one.
Now, in the new account:
- The nomination link is not working.
- He does not have access to his TRN.
- He is unsure how to recover or continue his visa application from this point.
We're looking for guidance on the following:
- Is there a way to recover the deleted ImmiAccount and retrieve the visa application?
- Will he need to go through the entire process again and wait for a new invitation?
- Is it possible to get a new invitation from NSW, given that he has already received one recently?
If anyone has faced a similar situation or has experience in this area—especially migration agents or those familiar with the Department of Home Affairs procedures—your input would be deeply appreciated.

If he has not SUBMITTED the application yet then he can send email to NSW stating that the link is not working and they will send a fresh link. but ACT fast
