Hi all i have reached 22 months of processing period for 491 SBO VISA. i am planning to rise a request to immigarion, i just wonna know if i rise a request will it be afftect my VISA outcome?

Any suggestion plese thanks

You can try, but I dont think it will make much difference for July 2023 lodgement.

22 months is just a ballpark. Even if you're waiting time is 23 months and 15 days you will still show in green which is within the standard processing time. They will ask you to wait even then. When you cross the 23.5 mark your application will show outside standard processing time. You will still be advised to wait for the department's decision.

Hi,

There is no avenue to raise a request to immigration to check on the visa processing. I have contacted the department multiple times and they will no share any information on processing and advise to wait for the department to share the outcome. Recommend you to wait. FYI, I am waiting for 23 months still in received. ALL THE BEST!
