I am still waiting for the grant of my 189 visa and my PTE...

I am still waiting for the grant of my 189 visa and my PTE exam will expire on May 8th. If my visa gets reviewed after May 8th, will the visa officer require me to take PTE exam again?

No, PTE is already locked in at time of invite. So no need to take it again.

No relax. nothing will happen as all your submitted documents and EOI gets locked the day you get ITA. So you are good.
