i am still waiting for the grant of my visa 189 with 90 points. currently at 32 yrs old, i am turning 33 in 2 weeks. with that, will my application need to be updated to reflect 85 points?

I just read about the possible planning levels in 25-26 and saw that independent visa 189 might get only 500 (labor) up to 5000 (coalition). Hoping these numbers get revised.

I am still waiting for the grant of my 189 visa and my PTE exam will expire on May 8th. If my visa gets reviewed after May 8th, will the visa officer require me to take PTE exam again?
