VIC ROI Fee: $60 + GST (for onshore) VIC Nomination Fee: $180 + GST (for onshore) Offshore do not need to pay GST.

anyone offshore here trying to submit an ROI in the portal? it's not accepting my credit card issued in my country as payment.
