@gregormendel I am Mechanical engineer offshore, currently at 90 points of subclass 189. Recently received 190 pre invite from SA. Should I lodge application for SA pre invite or just wait for better luck in 189 draw. what should I do? please guide me.

Lodge pre invite application and wait for approval from state to "Invitation to apply". I guess, this process takes few weeks and you'll have 60 days from that point to apply for 190 visa. Wait till you reach this point and make a decision. That's my thought.
