Hi any chances for 189 round? If yes what will they be picking offshore or onshore?

Hi Everyone, I have got one small query. I did skill assessment last year through Professional year and I submitted EOI with that skill assessment reference number and date. Now I have got skill assessment on experience basis. I have now update my that old EOI with new skill assessment reference number and date. My question is while inviting me immigration officer can think that If I got skill assessment now, how was I able to submit EOI previously? Is that a problem guys please let me know

Hi everyone, I hope everyone is doing great. Just wanted to ask one thing i have got skill assessment done via ACS. Just wanted to check for how long assessment is valid for immigration as my acs letter states it is valid for 24 months but while submitting eois there is a clause that assessment is valid for 36 months unless shorter expiry date mentioned. So just wanted the clarification on this.

Good Morning one more round for NSW 190 and it was all Offshore. Just wants to know is there any chance for people living onshore with NSW. Either 189 or 190, as per my search I think people with good experience are getting invite in NSW but with 2years of workvisa how can we surpass experience of OFFshore people. Any Data analyst here who have researched on nsw immi trend data.

Yesterday it was 190NSW round people with low points in my occupation but I am sitting on high points with experience still didnt got invited. i am sitting on 100 points as a developer programmer and 100 points for analyst programmer. I dont know i am quite stress.

Can anyone guide me how to submit an eoi for nsw 190. I have seen youtube videos in which it is simple to create account and submit all the details. Is it the way to submit an eoi? If anyone can share the right way of submitting an eoi will be highly appreciated

This post is regarding ACS skill assessment. So i started in a company with one abn i worked on that abn for 7months after that company changed the abn and I worked 5 more months after 1 year i submitted skill assessment with reference letter stating that from this date company moved me to another child company. I received the acs outcome in which they have given me 1 year positive skill assessment under the abn i started working initially. Now i am submitting eoi and if i get invite will it be a problem in proving my 1 year experience points? Please let me know i am super confused

Hello everyone, I am planning to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the NSW 491 visa under Pathway 2. For Pathway 1, we provide a regional address and employment details, but for Pathway 2, the address will be of Sydney. How should we submit the EOI for Pathway 2, and how will the department know that I am applying under Pathway 2.

Hi everyone as I have got no hope for NSW 190 with 95 points as I dont have job experience. My visa is left for 2 years now. Can i submit an eoi for nsw 491 pathway 2 with 105 points. Is there any chance to get invited for 491. I have got skill assessment as ICT business analyst, system analyst, developer programmer

Any idea when it will be 189 invitation round and how much invitations left? Also does anyone knows when it will be NSW 190 and 491 round.

I have submitted skill assessment with ACS but its been 11 weeks no update from ACS. What should I do. As they charging extra now for quick results but the duration is still same.

Hi Everyone, I hope everyone is good. I am living in sydney from 5 years almost now. I have got skill assessment in ICT BUSINESS ANALYST, ICT SYSTEM ANALYST, ICT PROJECT MANAGER AND DEVELOPER PRORAMMER. I have got 90+5 points for all the 4 occupation for nsw 190 and 85 points for ICT business and system analyst. I have got no job experience. Is there any chance for me to be invited. Its been 8months I have been on these points. Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
