01-Oct-2022: Submitted my ACS skills assessment.
09-Nov-2022: ACS requested for clear copy of passport.
10-Nov-2022: Submitted passport
12-Dec-2022: First time case officer contact me to do RPL instead because my qualification is not meeting ACS educ requirements. Pls note I finished BS Electronics and Communications Engโg.
13-Jan-2023: Submitted my Recognition of Prior Learning report.
22-Mar-2023: Received my ACS skills assessment result, with my 5-yr employment assessed as not suitable for skilled employment. My employment is quite complicated. I got hired by an agency, and deployed to client. They did not honor my statutory declaration from the client (my lead).
23-Apr-2023: I requested for review and submitted statutory declaration again who is someone from same agency.
20-June-2023: Received review result and still employment is NOT suitable as skilled employment as they could not verify that I worked for that client.
8-Jul-2023: Sent an email to ACS asking what they need specifically to make my employment suitable.
9-Jul-2023: Submitted another review attaching some other documents. I submitted anyways, because I did not expect them to reply to my query.
12-Jul-2023: ACS replied they want a clear document specifically from my agency, that I was deployed to that client. Was asking them if employment contract is acceptable as that is my strongest document that states my deployment to client. Case officer mentions I can try and it is up to case officerโs discretion if they will accept or not.
*** Trying to connect to my prev employer if they can provide a cert with client deployment but to no avail**
21-Sep-2023: ACS Case officer contacted me for further documentation requesting for document clearly stating my deployment and a document proving my agency refused to give job duties.
01-Oct-2023: Submitted all my employment contracts for 5 years stating which client I was deployed. Forwarded them the email also from my agency that refuses to provide detailed duties and responsibilities.
09-Oct-2023: Received ACS result with positive outcome for all employments. :)
Note. Since my education is not assessed by ACS. I have applied for qualification recognition in VETASSESS which I got a positive result also. I submitted both ACS and VETASSESS in my NSW nomination and S190 application.
