Mine was slightly more complicated as I had to go through the courts for a specific issue order. I was also refused support from two of the top visa agents as they said my case was complicated and very unlikely... so did it all myself. For anyone else in this position, you have to take the gamble and do the court application and visa simultaneously. You won't get court approval without being in the visa process and you can't get your visa without courts approval. It's a gamble and it's costly but worth it! S56 Notes 10.02.26- s56 for medicals received. 11.02.26 booked medicals for 2.3.26 was offered original day of 23rd Feb. 2.3.26 - medical - xray returned following day as main applicant has shadow on lung. Further xray requested to confirm if a potential issue. 4.3.25 - 2nd xray from the back of chest. Xray returned following day as potential calcified nodule or granuloma. Possible historic TB. Thought this would cause problems and need further tests.
