@gregormendel I lodged 190 NSW offshore Civil Engineer on 9 May 25. Responded to 2 s56s. Last one on 14 May 26 for Form 815. However, despite being a priority occupation under MD 122, my file is still stuck on further assessment for the last 4 months. I will also be outside standard processing time after 2 weeks as 17 Months will pass. What should I do? Is it worth calling DHA?
You can contact them, but it wouldn't do much. Your only real option is to just wait some more, grant not too far.
You think they will open those files soon who have already submitted s56s in early 2026? Because all I am seeing are grants for people who lodged at the same time as me and after me and were on received status till this week. Or those who got s56 in Sep 2026 and are getting grants soon after. I don't know why they are not processing those files who got impacted by the end of year quota freeze and then MD 119.
