Has any offshore applicant contacted or approached DHA regarding their pending Subclass 190 application? If yes, did you receive any specific response regarding why the processing of offshore applications are not picking up or when offshore grants may resume?

We have lodged 190 QLD visa on April30 2025. No s56 or RFI. Primary applicants occupation is Civil engineer. We have decided to wait until September end ( 17 months since the lodgment). If no response by then, will reach out to DHA. Offshore grants are not visible in this site.

I called them a week ago with the same question, with not positive outcome though. I was told just to sit and wait for my turn, as there is a long queue of applications ahead. No specific time was mentioned. Wasted $30 for int call.
