S56 Notes 10.02.26- s56 for medicals received. 11.02.26 booked medicals for 2.3.26 was offered original day of 23rd Feb. 2.3.26 - medical - xray returned following day as main applicant has shadow on lung. Further xray requested to confirm if a potential issue. 4.3.25 - 2nd xray from the back of chest. Xray returned following day as potential calcified nodule or granuloma. Possible historic TB. Thought this would cause problems and need further tests.
