Claiming Experience for Skill Select EOI After VETASSESS Assessment
My VETASSESS skills assessment (civil engineering technician) deducted one year as a qualifying period from my job. For my Skill Select EOI, which asks for the start date of my closely related occupation, should I enter my true employment start date or the 'date deemed skilled for points test adviceβ as per my Vetasses skills assessment outcome letter?
Hi All
If I have a skills assessment outcome as 1) Mechanical Engineer (233512) and 2) Production or Plant Engineer (233513) and I am a SA graduate with relevant employment for both these occupations -
1) - Can I submit multiple EOIs for 189 as Mechanical Engineer and Production or Plant Engineer? 2) - Can I submit multiple ROIs for 190 as Mechanical Engineer and Production or Plant Engineer? 3) Can I submit multiple ROIs for 491 as Mechanical Engineer and Production or Plant Engineer?
When we lodge and EOI β what should be βDate toβ of in the education history section. I have a course completion letter from university that states βAll academic requirements for the award were completed on 17/02/2024 - The award will be conferred on 18/04/2024.β and a Degree certificate that states βHaving fulfilled the requirements prescribed by the University has been awarded the Master of Engineering - Engineering Management in evidence of which the Seal of the University is affixed this 1 8 T H day of April 2024β
I am a mechanical engineer (former international student) in Victoria. What all documents should I prepare to lodge my visa application for 189/190/491? I am trying to make sure I have got everything ready when I get invited. I have 100 points as mechanical engineer for 189. Also, what are the forms that I should submit with my visa application for 189/190/491?
I have submitted a single EOI for subclasses 189, 190, and 491. However, we do not intend to pursue the 491 visa even if we receive an invitation for it [I have 95 points as mechanical engineer & 2 more years on my SC485, So 491 is my last priority]. My question is: if we get an invitation for 491 and choose not to accept it, what impact will that have on my EOIs for 189 and 190
