I am assessed as Electrical Engineer code (233311) list (MLTSSL, CSOL) and I would like to assess my wife, we have two options:

Customer Service Manager code (149212) list (STSOL)

Or Financial Investment Adviser code (222311) list (STSOL, CSOL)

What I understand is that I can apply for visa 189, but I cannot claim points for her assessment because her occupation is not on the 189 list.

But when applying for 190 or 491, which occupation is better? Should I choose Financial Investment Adviser since this occupation and Electrical Engineer are both on the CSOL list.

Or can I choose Customer Service Manager which is on the STSOL list, while mine is on the CSOL list, and still claim her 5 partner skill points normally for 190 or 491?

and also I i will submit EOI for her, which occupation is better in invitation rounds for her ??

Hi, I assessed my qualifications through Engineers Australia, I hold bachelor degree in Electrical engineering specialized in Telecommunication and Electronics. for the last 8 years I've worked as Electrical engineer not telecommunications, recently I worked as railway signaling engineer. I received feedback from EA assessor informing me that my qualification doesn't match requirements for Electrical and he can assess me as railway signaling engineers. My inquiry is that i found electrical engineer has ANZESCO code 233311 , also Railway signaling engineer is specialization with the same ANZESCO code 233311, So when submitting EOI i will apply as Electrical Engineer or railway signaling engineer ?? because I think that the chances for railway signaling engineer is limited , Please help.
