@gregormendel, I'm applying for SA State Nomination on 190 visa as a carpenter, Offshore stream. I've been working for the same company the last 12 years, first as an apprentice, then as a carpenter and now as a leading hand. Do I need multiple employment reference letters and multiple employment history items for my application or 1 will suffice? Thanks

@gregormendel, could you share a template for an employer reference letter to justify work experience for a 190 SA State Nominated visa, Offshore stream? Thanks
