You should try to get at least Proficient English for an ICT occupation. Rest of the profile looks good. Good luck.

491 has much better chance, but you have good salary, so try to get English score and aim 190. 2 questions: - Are you from Indonesia (as in your profile)? - Do you have a PhD (your education pts say 20)?

I tried few time and missed by few marks in listening.
