I will tell you why to attest it from MOFA, because according to Australian Immigration Website, you HAVE to. Please find link below

Attestation requirement for electronic certificates

To meet Australian immigration requirements, electronic certificates obtained through Absher must be attested.

Applicants in Saudi Arabia will need to present their certificate to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or one of its branches in the regions of Saudi Arabia for attestation. Applicants living outside Saudi Arabia can request for attestation from the nearest Saudi Arabia Embassy or overseas mission.
