@ryasir (21H ago| Updated 21H ago)Hi everyone,
I have recently got pre-invite under the Subclass 190 visa and have been responding to a series of information requests from my case officer regarding my residency in Australia from May 2019 to June 2024.
Hereβs the situation so far:
-
I couldnβt provide a lease agreement because I was living with my sister and brother-in-law.
-
My case officer then asked for bank statements, so I submitted them from September 2019 onward, when I opened my account after getting my first job.
-
She asked which account I used for earlier domestic transactions, and I explained that I used my sister and brother-in-lawβs joint account, and I highlighted the relevant transactions made on my behalf.
-
Later, she asked for my airline ticket from when I arrived in Australia on a Visitor Visa in 2019. Since the ticket had a return flight, she questioned when I returned to Australia. I explained that I never leftβI cancelled the return ticket after lodging my Student Visa, and I remained lawfully in Australia on a Bridging Visa.
-
I also explained that I was allowed to attend university while on the bridging visa and provided emails from my education agent and university confirming this.
Documents Iβve provided so far include:
-
Proof of university enrolment
-
Visitor Visa grant notice
-
Bridging Visa grant notice
-
Student Visa document
-
Old passport pages showing arrival/departure stamps (which confirm I never left)
-
Bank statements from September 2019
-
Details of the joint account used earlier
Iβd really appreciate any advice on whether I should provide more documents or clarify anything further with the case officer.
Thanks in advance!

You have provided a reasonable set of documents. At this stage, you should just wait for CO, if she need more docs, she will request.
Thanks for the reply π
