Hi I am an offshore candidate and I received victoria preinvite yesterday for 190, while going through the application they only asked us to upload biopage of passport, and I received an email stating that if u wish to upload more documents we can upload. Are we supposed to upload all the documents to prove our claimed points or wait for them to ask. Please advise. Thank you

Trends and Patterns in S56 Requests
S56 requests continue to focus primarily on medical examinations (including remedicals), with multiple cases receiving medical-related requests in October 2025 and February-March 2026. Employment verification remains a common request, particularly for ICT occupations, with case officers seeking evidence of employment history, employer verification, and tax documentation. Newborn documentation featured in several cases where applicants added children during processing. Police clearance certificates (PCC) and Polio certificates were requested for offshore applicants. One case received a request for Form 815 (Health Undertaking Form) and another for ATO debt clearance proof.
Priority occupation grants (Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist) showed faster processing times (6-11 months) compared to non-priority occupations. Several direct grants were issued without S56 requests, particularly for VIC 190 applications. The longest processing time observed was 2 years 3 months for a VIC 190 Software Engineer case that received multiple S56 requests.
