Run out of quota, end of financial year and all but why they aren’t giving s56 specially to June 2023 applications. It’s already two years and still no response so what could be the reason ?

Could you please advice if we need to update our second casual job on immi while on 491 ? Eg: uber eats or own business from home in regional

Also What if our main job is casual now for like 15 hours and I get another casual job ? Do I need both updated or just one ?
