(Debit card letter, credit check letter) 4) My job contract stating that I should live in Perth and work in Perth office. 5) Salary slips with Perth address 6) Statuary declaration from myself stating that I am a resident of Perth along with dates of when I moved. 7) Airline ticket from when I moved to Perth 9) Insurance state conversion email and documents.
