I see from the data available here that some invitations for 190 & 491 are received on lower score than mine. why I didn't get an invite even with higher score by QLD state nomimations? Can somebody clarify? Thank You

Total score is just one factor, the composition of point profile matters as well. There would definitely be some difference, like partner pts, exp pts, English pts etc.
