Has anyone who has done ACS skill assessment for Engineering Manager help answer this question
When considering relevant work experience, does ACS count the years when that person was a software engineer, before becoming an software Engineering manager?
Like 5 years of software engineer experience and the last 5 years of software manager experience can get you the max points (8+y) for work experience?
Any pointers are much appreciated

Hi fellow enthusiasts I had lodged application for 190 in nsw for software engineer in Jun 2025. I see that soft eng is in oversupply now across all states. Does this mean that visa grant could be indefinitely delayed?
Or will the lodged folks get visa within 2 years as the website suggests for 190
