Hi all. I am seeing many grants recently (Congratulations to you all!). A thing common to a lot of them is that the applicants were invited on 7th November, but they applied around 22nd/23rd November. This makes me wonder what is the most common reason for this 15-day gap? Is it PCC or something else? I expect (mostly hope) to get an invite soon. Getting a PCC isn't costly in my country. So I am thinking about keeping it ready. Maybe this way I can avoid long gaps between my invitation and application dates. Anyone has any thoughts on this?

Hi all. I submitted an EOI for Civil Engineer (233211) on 28th February 2025. I had chosen all the three subclasses (189, 190 and 491) in a single EOI. I have enough points to clear the requirement for subclass 189. I received full invite from NSW on 8th April. Since I don't have enough finances to file both 189 and 190, I have decided to let the 190 invite expire. My questions are: 1. What happens if I receive another 190 invite from some other state, resulting in a total of 2 invites? Will my EOI be cancelled if I don't accept it? 2. Can I withdraw only subclasses 190 and 491 from my EOI, leaving only 189? 3. Or should I file a separate, second EOI only for the subclass 189? I have about 10 days before the invite from NSW is cancelled.
