I was invited with90 points including 10 from my partner and we lodged our application for 190. But during the processing (still ongoing) my partner filled for a divorce which is finalised now ? What happens now is this an automatic refusal because I lose 10 points from partner ? Or will I be eligible to replace it with 10 points for being single by the time the case is assessed?
