Waiting for VISA grant since 05th June 2023
I am waiting for receipt of a payment link for 2nd VAC on the non-submission of proof for functional English of spouce, after completion of Remedicals of all family on 04th January 2025. I applied 491 VISA (State Sponsored - QLD) on 05th June 2023 and the first S56 on the above matter with functional English was received on 01st August 2024. There are applicants who had applied even after 05th June 2023 without the provision of proofs for functional English. But they had requested for a 2nd VAC with the VISA lodgement, hence they had directly received a payment link without S56 notice. In fact, I couldn't find the instructions given in DHA websites to avoid S56 on this issue.
I am from Sri Lanka (Offshore) and My occupation of CPM is also under priority skilled occupation list.
