government is not doing fair. granting 189 visa in 6-7 months only. while 491 ( which supports regional growth , is being granted in 2 years ). most 189 holders doesn't even work in same occupation.

need clarification from @gregormendel @biotechy as of 23 march. government processing time reduced . for temporary visa migration- 1. student visa 2. visitor 3. skilled (temporary)

does 491 visa fall under skilled temporary. and does it have 87 days processing as per the new update.?
