Response to s57: 11 Dec 2024. Case officer didn't want to award point for work experience prior to qualification. Explanation provided by quoting migration act rules and real life similar cases where they granted visa. Explanation prescribed in migration act that it qualifies for trade occupation like cook, carpenter. My same work experience was counted and was granted 482 visa before so it was misunderstanding of case officer
