Graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Management Studies in 2015 from India. Completed a 2 years Masters Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from RMIT University.- Graduated in Dec 2017. Started my career in supply chain and logistics in 2018. Worked under various roles like Logistics Administrator, Inventory Supervisor and Warehouse Supervisor. Over 5 years experience in warehousing and logistics . Skills assessment with IML: *Job tile does not really matter, does not need to have a Manager title. Can be a Supervisory level. * Roles and responsibilities must closely relate to the ANZSCO. *Smaller the organisation the better the probability of getting a positive skills assessment (Based on My Assessment), as there would be less functional managers involved in the Organisation Chart. * IML does not request for payslip. * Ensure the 3 essays that need to be written have a solid example from your day to day work/experience. Tricks to Score Superior English in PTE * PTE is assessed by algorithms, so you basically need to go trick the system. * Follow tips and tricks shared by Varun at Language Academy. Literally spent 3-4 days, roughly 2-3 hrs each day practicing and using tricks from language academy. * I am 100% sure if you follow that diligently, you will get superior scores in PTE Academic.
