Has DHA done this before? Have they ever put offshore...
@tanu (2W ago| Updated 2W ago)Has DHA done this before? Have they ever put offshore applications on hold like this?
This whole situation is becoming incredibly frustrating and stressful. Itโs hard to watch people who lodged around the same timeโor even laterโreceive their visas within 10 months while some of us are still waiting with no updates at all. It feels like weโre left in the dark, with no idea when our visas will be granted.
At this point, it makes you wonder what the benefit of being in a priority occupation is if there doesnโt seem to be any priority in processing. Is anyone else in the same situation, or has DHA done something similar in previous years?

They have an allocation of 55K for all skilled visas this FY which is actually similar to previous years so they will have to start processing them eventually. I hope!
Offshore is the Cash Cow buddy!

Extremely frustrated and disappointed to have too much waiting time. On top of it, all grants are happening for onshore applicants. Lodgment date: April 30 2025, Occupation : Civil engineer
As an onshore applicant, I can say we are in same boat and agrees with you, there is no proper timeline of processing applications. Some are getting within 10 months with same occupation while others are waiting for ages.
