There are two ANZSCO codes for the occupation 'Management...

There are two ANZSCO codes for the occupation 'Management Consultant': 224713 as 2022 for subclass 186 and 482, and 224711 as 2013 for all other visa categories. However, only 224713 code is included in this page/system, 224711 is not included. Why? I have a suitable assessment from VETASSESS for 224711 code. Am I eligible to apply for 189, 190, 491 etc?
