NSW interim allocation were announced on 17 Oct and first official invitation round was on 21st Oct. So I'm wondering how they have approved 108/71 nominations by Sep 30th. Could this be an error and it actually includes some data from October as well? Any thoughts? Or do we have invites reported even before interim allocations were announced?
