We're here with you, I am also priority 491 application that lodged last April 10. Still no response and status is still further assessment. I advise to email DOHA once visa waiting time has lapsed 6 months.
Mean while 190 Priority are being granted in 4 months even though 491 has the same processing times. It's like they are treating 491 priority as low priority.

That's it. They grant some and leave some. I don't understand their pattern. Though I got s56 on July 14, I thought they should finished their processing by now.
