Since your application is more than 2 years ago and very likely to be asked to redo PCC and medicals. Medicals you have to wait for case officer to generate new HAPID. PCC you can proactively apply for new PCC and upload in IMMI account. Just uploading that PCC might make some case officer to pick up your application.
check the status on your immi account , if they opened your file and sent a s56 it will change to initial assessment from received
May I know how you know whether the file has been opened or not?
Maybe check your application status.
