@@gregormendel I got an Invitation to Apply (ITA), but I'm a bit stuck on how to declare my spouse's info. In my EOI, I said "Yes" to nominating my spouse's occupation, but I didn't claim partner skill points because their skill assessment wasn't done. Now they're working, and I'm not getting a skill assessment for them.

My question is: Do I list their previous work experience in the ITA, even though I'm not claiming points for it? I'm really worried that if I don't put their experience in the ITA, it might mess with my visa application, especially since I mentioned their occupation in the EOI.

Has anyone been in a similar situation or have advice? Any help would be greatly appreciated! πŸ™

You dont need to list their experience (as Unskilled partner).
