I think the ones who have already lodged visas shouldn't worry too much. Obviously, depending on which party gets elected (and a few other things), it might impact processing time. The planning levels affect new nomination allocation as well as processing time for existing visas since everything is downstream from planning levels.
For now, we have to wait for the planning levels and state allocation numbers to be released. With these 2 sets of numbers, we will have a very good idea about the impact on processing time of already lodged applications.
