Hi @gregormendel I’d really appreciate some guidance on this situation,

I’ve included my child as a migrating family member in my visa application. However, I don’t have the child’s father’s signature on Form 1229, though I’ve attached supporting evidence explaining this. If we happen to receive an S56 request because of the missing signature, can I temporarily remove my child from the current application so that my visa can be granted, and then later obtain sole guardianship proof and apply for a child visa separately?
