Hi @gregormendel Iโd really appreciate some guidance on this situation,
Iโve included my child as a migrating family member in my visa application. However, I donโt have the childโs fatherโs signature on Form 1229, though Iโve attached supporting evidence explaining this. If we happen to receive an S56 request because of the missing signature, can I temporarily remove my child from the current application so that my visa can be granted, and then later obtain sole guardianship proof and apply for a child visa separately?
