I have got my Business Bachelors Degree from China verified and got a point test advice done both from VETASSES that shows it is AQF comparable. can i use this points test advice now to claim 15 points on my EOI for my Bachelors?
I have got my TRA skills assessment as a chef and they have assessed my Cert IV in commercial cookery.

If the skill assessment says your bachelor is AQF Bachelor then yes you can claim 15 pts

My Skills assessment is for a chef from TRA. it does not say anything about my bachelors degree.
I have got the skills assessment for my Cert IV in commercial cookery and diploma in hospitality.
If VETASSESS has validated your degree to be AQF equivalent, then you can claim 15 pts as per Schedule 6D 12.5.1 https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/foi/files/2020/fa-200601127-document-released.pdf
