I have the same question too. Currently I didn't include my part time work, but I will be including it in the form 80. Anyone here able to shed a light on this?

This is what I’m wondering about, too. Could DHA consider it fraudulent if I don’t inform them of my non-related work experience in the EOI, since it will most likely come up later?

I don't think it would be considered fraudulent, it is only fraudulent if points are claimed for non-related work.
