I have received S56 to redo the medicals and for new police checks on the 19th of February (as they were expired), and submitted all the documents by the 24th of February. The Department of Home Affairs has received the medicals, but they haven't granted the visa yet. Is this normal? I have applied for visa 190.

Does anybody know in what order does the department processes Permanent visas. I understand priority occupations are first in the line, which is completely fine.
But, a bunch of my uni friends who lodged the visa after me, but got their grant before me. All of us have the same occupation (Non-Priority).
It just does not make sense to me at all, and it's really frustrating.
Edit: We all applied for subclass 190(NT)
