Offshore(190 visa). I've received an S56(medicals) request for both applicants, but since my wife is 5 weeks pregnant, we would like to defer the x-ray until the birth of our child. I understand we need to submit a cover letter explaining our situation, along with a doctor's letter to support the request.
Should I proceed with my medicals while my wife defers hers? I am uncertain whether Form 1392 is required?

@gregormendel, I'm applying for SA State Nomination on 190 visa as a carpenter, Offshore stream. I've been working for the same company the last 12 years, first as an apprentice, then as a carpenter and now as a leading hand. Do I need multiple employment reference letters and multiple employment history items for my application or 1 will suffice? Thanks
