@gregormendel sir, Iโm hoping to get some advice. My skills assessment was done through IML, as they are my nominated assessing authority. While the assessment was successful, they evaluated my MBA as equivalent to an Associate Degree. Based on someoneโs advice, I also had a qualification assessment done by VETASSESS (for points test advice), and they assessed my MBA as equivalent to a Bachelor's degree. Now Iโm a bit confusedโshould I claim 10 points or 15 points for my qualification, considering that my skill assessment body is IML? Appreciate any insights. Thanks in advance!

@@gregormendel sir, I want to clarify my question for my Australian visa application. I recently received my Invitation to Apply (ITA) and have a question about my spouse's details. In my EOI, I mentioned "YES" to "Does the client's partner have a nominated occupation?" and listed "Telecommunications Engineer" based on her BE Electronics qualification. However, I explicitly did not claim any partner skills points for her, and she genuinely does not have any work experience. Now, in the ITA, when asked about her employment history in the last 10 years, I'm wondering if selecting "NO" (as she has no experience) will cause any issues or doubts with the Department of Home Affairs, given I previously nominated an occupation for her in the EOI. My understanding is that since no points are claimed and she has no experience, "NO" is the correct and truthful answer. Any insights would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help.
