Which states can I apply for a subclass 190 and 491 visa for my occupation?

Important

1. Onshore applicants are only eligible to apply for the state you are living in and WA (since WA considers interstate EOIs).
2. SA has a Highly Skilled and Talented Stream which is open to interstate and offshore, but it has very specific requirements, and a very small number of nominations so it's not applicable for most people. For most people, the state they live in + WA are the only options.
