@all Any idea when will DOHA pickup Dec 2023 applications? @gregormendel @biotechy I am unable to understand the pattern in which dept is working. Seems very illogical and highly biased . Does any feedback form work? Please guide. Thanks

Seems the processing plan is to maintain a certain statistics result. Although I also wonder if @Gregormendel or @biotechy do soo any pattern in that to forecast next batch of grants..
