I spoke with the DOHA Case Officer regarding 191. ... X The response was that they are not currently processing any grants. Instead, their focus is on strategizing future grants. The Case Officers (COs) are assisting the administration in finalizing quotas, as they are aiming to allocate a 4-year quota instead of the usual 1-year quota. Aside from a few COs handling visitor and some PR visas, the majority are currently supporting the quota finalization process. This is expected to continue until end-July or early August. After that, the department will begin processing applications based on Ministerial Order 105.
Just wondering if its true?
